This item came with no instructions at all. At first I didn't know how to set it up. I went to the pics listed and assembled it that way which was pretty easy ( the #'s are listed on each item as the pics). Other than that it's a super cool item to add a pampering spa experience for my clients to enjoy.

I love the idea behind this waterfall hard spa – it's a relaxing and functional addition that really enhances the spa experience. For $63, it works great and creates a calming waterfall effect that's truly enjoyable. That said, the overall quality is a big letdown. First off, there were no instructions included. It’s not super complicated to figure out, but seriously — how hard is it to include a simple instruction sheet? Worse yet, the materials feel extremely cheap. Every time I tighten the bolts, they leave visible marks on the waterfall pipe (see pictures). It makes the whole setup look worn after just one use. The components just don’t feel durable at all, which is disappointing given the price. In summary: I like it because it works and creates a great spa vibe, but I can’t fully recommend it due to the lack of instructions and very poor build quality.

This was super easy to attach to my sink. The quality is amazing on this. I have seen these online and they look so relaxing. Well I can say they truly are. This is a wonderful product.

OK, so first off I’m not a hairdresser. But when I saw this thing, I immediately saw a solution to an issue. We recently had with the geriatric cat we’re having to bathe. Me and my wife often aren’t able to be there to participate in this together and washing her in the kitchen sink usually takes both hands, but makes it a bit difficult to make sure that we can adequately rinse her since she of course is not keen on the whole idea. Our double kitchen sink has adequate room for putting this in the middle divider. From there it’s adjustable and the swing bar design allows us to both hold and lather the cat and work the fur while rinsing without having to hold a spray head. Somehow it seems our cat actually adjusted well to the water, constantly flowing over her in a nice lukewarm temperature. Versus the sudden onset spraying that using the sink spray head provided that seemed to stress her out more. That being the case, if you have a portable sink and want to use this for Hair washing in various scenarios outside of the normal shower scenario, this definitely works. The one thing it does lack is the instructions. It seems the set up determines that you will just figure it out. And that went fine for me. But somebody not too familiar with assembling such items or how water pumps and flow work might get slightly confused along the way. It’s not that there’s an extreme amount of working parts. But, having a good sense of direction helps you greatly and just be patient or look up videos for similar items if you can’t figure it out on your own easily. The main assembly kind of has a gold paint job. And there’s various points where a screw type design is used to grip parts so that they don’t flop around. Make sure that the pump goes in the water. And that other than the cord attached directly to the pump, the second half of the cord stays away from the water. There are also two white rubber pieces that go somewhere. Perhaps to give some kind of security or attachment to the pump. There are areas that look like perhaps they are screw holes. But there was no additional hardware for that portion so I’m not sure exactly what’s happening. Perhaps they will update listing photos with further details. But that should all come in the box and unfortunately does not. Not even so much as a QR code on a sheet that would lead to online instructions came with it. But again, once you can figure out the basic set up it functions well. Keep in mind this is going to use a water recirculation system. So in the case of washing my cat, we do eventually have to drain the sink and fill it with new water if we’re using this for the final rinsing. Otherwise, if you could put the pump in a bucket or other container to pull water from, while simultaneously rinsing with the device into something that would collect the dirty water or drain it, that would be better. In our case, with a double sink, I could have both side sides of the sink empty. Fill the side that doesn’t handle the size of my cat with water. And have a few gallons to work with or just leave the sink running into that one to continue filling the basin while I rinse using the other sink. Next time I do it, I will probably use that method. But of course, the idea of this being portable would they need to leave? It might be better to have a clean water source to pull from. In addition, it’s designed to work with certain types of rubber hose that plug-in play pretty easily. I am how ever curious if the pump is strong enough to increase the length of that hose. In which case a trip to the hardware store might be in order to experiment as if I can find a proper draw distance that still seems to allow the pump to function properly, my options for where I pull water from can increase exponentially. Good product and a good value and price!
