This item came with no instructions at all. At first I didn't know how to set it up. I went to the pics listed and assembled it that way which was pretty easy ( the #'s are listed on each item as the pics). Other than that it's a super cool item to add a pampering spa experience for my clients to enjoy.

What a great addition to my sink for a washing my clients hair I am able to be hands-free and allow the water to just flow through my clients hair and then I’m also able to just freely shampoo with both hands without having to hold an extender for the water to come out of like this is extremely useful and a awesome tool and it also gives a luxury service so I’m able to up charge just a little bit for the service for a client who just want a really relaxing shampoo where the water can just fall onto their scalp this was very easy to set up very easy to use and functions really well. Anyone with a home salon or even a salon in a professional setting I highly recommend this tool.

I love the idea behind this waterfall hard spa – it's a relaxing and functional addition that really enhances the spa experience. For $63, it works great and creates a calming waterfall effect that's truly enjoyable. That said, the overall quality is a big letdown. First off, there were no instructions included. It’s not super complicated to figure out, but seriously — how hard is it to include a simple instruction sheet? Worse yet, the materials feel extremely cheap. Every time I tighten the bolts, they leave visible marks on the waterfall pipe (see pictures). It makes the whole setup look worn after just one use. The components just don’t feel durable at all, which is disappointing given the price. In summary: I like it because it works and creates a great spa vibe, but I can’t fully recommend it due to the lack of instructions and very poor build quality.
