Good sound quality. Wonderful the Sound bar has Bluetooth ability. Should note, it is not recommended with older TV's that need outside Roku access. Since the HDMI connection won't allow you to separate the sound to the sound bar..     • Good for the price with some issues you should know
Sound bar works and for the price sounds nice enough. I'm using it as a computer speaker that fits nicely under my monitor. 2 problems: The remote is the only way to control volume. For some input methods it doesn't do this at all. The instructions say as much, however for the input methods that do control volume (Bluetooth, USB) the volume up button worked but not the volume down button. Fortunately you can control the volume from the device that sends the audio, but if you have a playlist on a USB stick you're simply out of luck, I hope you like max volume. The buttons on the speaker control skip/back play/pause and power/pair. 4 buttons no volume. It wasn't worth returning the item since my use case is easy to change the volume on my computer. The second issue it the 4 display LEDs that tell you what mode you're in never turn off. 24/7 on. When the speaker is powered off the standby light is all four 7 segment LEDs telling indicating "----". I personally find power on indicator lights annoying if they are anything but red. 4 bright cyan LEDs would be terrible for someone wanting this in a bedroom. ... show more

Sound is great but I had to hook it up to a newer smart tv, it would not hookup to my older tv

    • Tv settings may need some tweaking.
Pros: Good price Shorter size Sound good Cons: Manual too small. Had to expand 200% to get a full page. Simple HDMI-1 ARC connection to HDMI Speaker bar did not work due to Samsung 43” tv settings. Fix: Tv/settings/all settings/sound/expert settings/digital output audio format/set to PCM (not AUTO).

The bar was not easy to connect without adjusting the tv's sound menus, tried the BT connection and ARC, the volume was lacking. The Amazon fire stick would not control volume either. Ended up returning. Side note, when connected to phone via BT, it had better volume, but wasn't bought as a BT speaker. ... show more
