Bought this to switch easily between MacBook Pro, Windows 11 mini PC and Rasberry Pi 4. These computers share two 4K monitors (except for Pi) and USB keyboard and mouse. Arrived at promised time. Actual unit is a sturdy metal case and the rest of the package included 4 USBA cables, 2 HDMI cables, a USB C to USB A cable, and remote. There is no power supply included (as advertised). I used an old Apple 5V 1 amp charger that works fine. Took a bit to get all the cables plugged into the right places, but once I did it worked fine. Keyboard and mouse start working fairly quickly. Sometimes the system takes a little time to find the extended monitor, but so far works fairly seamlessly. On a few occasions have had to recycle power on the KVM switch or manually select the correct HDMI input on the monitor. My setup is complicated by the fact that the second monitor is also shared as an extended monitor for my 27in iMac which confuses things occasionally. All in all very happy with system so far. Only real complaint is that the switch should have included a power supply......

The overall quality of the product is great. Feels well-built. The KVM was very easy to set up and use. The KVM takes up very little space. I specifically got this one due to its price for a KVM that allows 2 monitors. I have no major issues and only have two real negatives on this product. The first is a very small aspect in that I would like to see a light beside the selector indicating the PC is detected (i.e. KVM sees power/signal coming from the PC). My second issue is this product has no audio output. Now I was focused on a KVM that allowed 2 monitors. I purchased this without realizing that this KVM had no audio as advertised. However, so far I like this product and would recommend it as long as audio was not someone's requirement, so even though I bought this not realizing there was no audio, that is why I'm giving it 4 stars vs 5, if it had audio it would be 5 stars.

This is a great KVM switch. It is sturdy with great build quality. The cables, on the other hand, appear to be low-end at best. It came with two HDMI cables with no rating markings, etc. It also came with four USB-A to USB-A male cables, not the A to B that most KVM boxes come with. One of the four USB cables was DOA. I tried it on multiple ports with multiple systems. If you intend to purchase this switch box, I recommend ordering higher quality cables with it as those that come with it are questionable.

I really like this HDMI 4 port dual monitor kvm switch! First of all, it has 8 HDMI inputs and 2 HDMI outputs, which means I can connect 4 computers and share 2 monitors at the same time. This is very convenient for me as I need to switch between computers without having to worry about re-plugging HDMI cables. This is a huge time and space saver. Additionally, this switcher has 3 USB 3.0 ports, which allows me to easily connect a mouse, keyboard, and other external devices. Compared to USB 2.0, USB 3.0 transfer speeds are 10 times faster, which means I can transfer data at a much faster rate. Whether I'm trying to copy a large number of files or make a high-speed backup, it's excellent. I only need one set of keyboard mouse to control 4 computers. This is a huge convenience because I don't have to buy additional keyboards and mice for each computer. This keeps my workspace neat and tidy and switching computers becomes very easy. Overall, this HDMI 4 port dual monitor KVM switch has truly changed the way I work. It's convenient, efficient, and incorporates several useful features. I highly recommend this product if you need to manage multiple computers at the same time and want a more efficient work environment.
