Works well for stretching out on the ground without killing my knees. My only complaint is that it slips when im going from knealing to standing. I expect there is something i could put under there so that doent happen i just dont know what it is and where to get it.

The mat itself seems like decent quality but the package obviously sat in standing water and the entire mat was covered in mold and the small is unbearable.
