I'm incredibly impressed with this little machine. I had concerns because there were no reviews from the US (as far as I could tell) and few reviews in general, but I liked the size and look of this machine. I also liked that it would heat up the water for me, meaning I only need one hose, and I don't have to control the temps myself. Well, after three uses, I can say that this machine is INCREDIBLE. I'm a single person doing a single person's laundry, and it washes one load of my clothing quickly and efficiently. Right now, I have: 3 hand towels, 5 pairs of underwear, 4 pairs of socks, 1 pair of sweatpants, and 1 crop top t-shirt running with no problem. It's a small load, but that's all I need to do laundry every ~5 days. It's quieter than any other washer I've ever had but I've only ever had full-sized, non-portable washers up to this point. It was light enough for me to get up my apartment stairs, but it's a very sturdy machine when running. I have had no issues with leaking, though I am replacing the water hose with a metal braided version that's longer, since the one that came with it just barely reaches my shower connection. It's very simple—plug-and-play. Hook up the water line, turn on the water, put the drain into the tub (or sink), and turn it on. You need to press only two buttons to get it washing. I can confirm it heats up the water very well. I'm super impressed and very happy with the purchase. I was considering the Black and Decker and Hamilton Beach options at this same price point ($250), but I liked how this one looked more. For once, I'm so glad aesthetics won out! (No part of this review was solicited or paid for. I'm a regular person living in an apartment without in-unit laundry and spent weeks agonizing over what to do. Yay for HAVA!) ... show more

I'm happy with my purchase! To begin with, I feel the machine worth more in price. It takes much less space than “regular” washing machines. But its capacity is large enough to hold one king size sheet. It is also easy to move around with weight on the light side. Hose connectors don't leak, even for pressure fit drain hose. It looks and feels high end, with soft close full glass top and responsive capacitive touch buttons. It has a soak cycle, which I love a lot. It is very stable and doesn't vibrate a lot, even during spin cycles. After spin cycle, clothes are pretty dry. But they don't get twisted or tangled together. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. It’s nice and small for my tiny bathroom. It’s advertised bigger than it is which I don’t mind because I like it smaller at 15”x15.5”. I had to buy so many extras though such as some faucet to hose attachments and a drip pan/rolling caddy on the way. You really just need one extra attachment for the faucet but I bought other ones just in case. Also, you need to keep an eye on the drain hose especially if it’s going into the sink. That thing will fall out of the sink and dump onto your floor unless you shove it down the drain pipe. You might be safe in the tub but you still might need to watch it or keep it in place with something else until you have some kind of routine.
