It scratches extremely too easy! For the price, we should not see such scratches, a month after it’s installed. Especially while being careful with the sink. Also the little screw portion that holds strainer together fell off. Can not find it so the strainer must be replaced or at least that piece. The bottom of the sink is not flat, it is somewhat curved / rounded. So standing a cup up inside the sink is impossible. ... show more

While the sink is beautiful and looks as pictured, it came flawed with chips glazed over within the material. Amazon sent a replacement sink at no charge but it was even more flawed. It was returned at their expense. I sent email to manufacturer who then sent a 3rd sink (at their expense) that had a couple scratches but was better than the original sink. Their representative was responsive via email and provided excellent customer service to resolve my issue. I appreciate Alwen's customer service and attention to issue. ... show more
