I USED THESE TODAY FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO USING HARD WOOD RUNNERS. THEY SLIDE SO EASY. AND I GUESS I GOT LUCKY I HAVE NO PLAY AT ALL. ONE OF THEM I DID HAVE TO TAKE .004 OF INCH OFF. BUT MAN THEY ARE GOOD. I HAVE TRIED THE METAL ADJUSTING ONES ALSO ,,, WHICH TURNED OUT TO BE JUNK. I USED THESE ON MY TABLE SAW. AND I PAID FOR THEM OUT OF MY OWN POCKETS... ***SOME POINTER FOR YOU IF YOU NEVER USED THEM. I PLACED 6 NICKLES ON EACH SLOT OF MY TABLE SAW. I THEM BROUGHT MY FENCE OVER AND LINED THE PLYWOOD SLED ON TOP OF THEM. THEN MARK YOUR RUNNERS WITH A PENCIL. I THEN PUT AROUND 8 DROPS OF SUPPER GLUE ON THE RUNNERS. I THEN SPRAYED EXCELLERATION DRYING SPRAY ON THE PLYWOOD AND QUICKLY LAID IT SQUARE WITH MY FENCE. THEN I PUT 4 BRICKS ON TOP OF EACH RUNNER AND LEFT FOR A HOUR. I THEN CAME BACK AND TURNED THE SLED OVER AND SHOT (4 ) 5/8 PIN NAILS IN THEM. SCREWS WILL SPREAD OUT THE PLASTIC SO DO THAT AT YOU OWN RISK. ***** ... show more
