The quality is great, and the kids (teenage boys) love it. They use the top to play poker, and everything stores neatly in the benches. I purchased and built this set but had to return it. It was significantly darker than the pictures. It didn’t go with my other furniture. It really is big, but also think about how you need an additional 6 feet or so around the table to be able to cock back the cue stick. Excellent quality, especially for the price and what you get! Looks great! Took my son and husband only about an hour to assemble. One of the bench cushions came with a hole in it. So, I contacted Amazon. Amazon was going to have me disassemble and send it back! So, I contacted the company directly. SO easy to deal with! They sent me a replacement immediately! It’s definitely sturdy, well built, packaged extremely well and looks great. The only let down is that the pool cues have no tips on them. Needless to say, we were pretty disappointed and now I have to wait for my order of tips and glue to arrive.     • meh, beware of color and quality
Pros: It is really solid and heavy, plan on multiple people to help move and assemble. The benches are sturdy and the padding makes them comfortable. I like that they have places to store all the accessories. It was easy to level as well to get the best playing experience. Cons: The color is wildly different than the picture, instead of a warm light wood it is a dark gray (think millennial gray wood floors) and the table top is almost purple hued. It is pretty ugly. The material is not a wood laminate, its more like vinyl flooring material, very plastic, soft and prone to dings. It looks like a table covered in peel and stick flooring. The benches, which are sturdy, are so difficult to move out or in to change from table to pool. Handles on the sides would have been great. The only way to move them is to grab on to the sides somewhere and I am worried that eventually the boards will break. The felt is incredibly thin, it came with several snags and pulls and. I'm sure with more playing its not going to hold up well. The actual laminate is not lined up in some areas, the glue is not holding it down in others. There were many chips and dings in it even before we took it out of the padding. Even the glue for the brands label is already not holding the label on. Overall we chose to keep the table because I cannot imagine shipping it back. While it wasn't as expensive as some other gaming tables, it wasn't cheap either and I'm disappointed with the quality and color being different from the pictures. In the future I will spend more for a wood table that is not covered in poorly glued plastic laminate. ... show more

    • Terrible purchase-now it's ongoing suffering
The product came without notice-dropped off 400lbs in my driveway on a pallet. Product was terribly damaged (felt on the table like swiss cheese), and the process to get a new one is annoyingly challenging.
