    • Great pool table
Color: Woodtone Size: 7-Feet
Good quality table and very easy to set up. My family enjoys it a lot and we use it often. It is sturdy and fun for both kids and adults. I am very happy with this purchase and recommend it.

    • Happy with purchase
Color: Black and Red Felt Size: 7-ft
Be warned...this sucker is heavy. It comes in two boxes, each is in excess of 200lbs. Total shipment weight was 592lbs. Even with 4 people, we had to unbox the pieces in the driveway, and carry them individually into the house. The table surface alone is easily 1/2 the total weight. A lot of folks seem to have had difficulty with CEVA delivery. I was able to track the shipment online, and it arrived at CEVA's distribution center in Denver on Thursday morning. A quick call to Amazon confirmed that CEVA would deliver the following Tuesday. The forecast for Tuesday was blizzard conditions and heavy snow, and I live up in the hills, so I called CEVA to see if I could pick up the package at their distribution center on Friday afternoon. They were easy to deal with, and very accommodating, so I suspect that the issues described in other CEVA shipping reviews are likely with the local contract carriers they use for the final delivery. I was barely able to fit the pallet containing the table and benches, loaded by a fork lift provided by CEVA, into the bed of a full size Toyota Tundra with the tailgate down. Be prepared for a significant cardboard recycling adventure, as the packaging is without a doubt the most robust I have ever seen from a purchase through Amazon. I would guess that at least 80lbs of the total shipping weight is from the packaging, which includes a wood pallet, triple layer boxes, and additional reinforcement in the form of particle board panels and corner protection. Mercifully, styrofoam is kept to a minimum, with just a single small square in the bench package. Enough foam wrap however to fill a large leaf bag. Suffice to say the table arrived in excellent condition. The table itself is wonderful. It was very easy to assemble, however, you will need more than one other person to flip it over once it is assembled. The benches I received are nicely padded, and reasonably comfortable. The table was simple to level, and plays well. Certainly not professional grade, but lively enough for amateurs such as myself and my friends, and for the price, it is a very good value. I dinged it one star only because plastic ball pockets, cues, and ping pong paddles are so ridiculously cheesy and cheap. The two 2 piece cues that come with the table weigh in at a staggering 10oz. Plan on purchasing some real cues if you go with this table. I bought 2 nice 21oz single piece cues on Amazon for under 20 bucks a piece. Well worth the investment. ... show more

    • If there’s a problem, go directly to company, not amazon
Color: Woodtone Size: 7-Feet
Excellent quality, especially for the price and what you get! Looks great! Took my son and husband only about an hour to assemble. One of the bench cushions came with a hole in it. So, I contacted Amazon. Amazon was going to have me disassemble and send it back! So, I contacted the company directly. SO easy to deal with! They sent me a replacement immediately! If you have a problem, DO NOT go through Amazon!! Go directly to the company!! ... show more

When we bought it off Amazon it said we had the option for room delivery but would not let me process the order with it. So we were annoyed but not surprised when a single guy was here for delivery and would not put it any further than our garage. Fair enough. What wasn’t fair enough was the listing saying that the table was a little more than 300 lbs total and finding that we had 2 boxes, one weighing about 150 lbs and another weighing about 350 lbs. That’s a far cry from the weight we were expecting. We still powered through and managed to get everything down into our basement, just the 2 of us. And then we saw the tear in the felt. No problem, I read the previous reviews and knew the company would take care of it. In the mean time, I sewed it up as best I could so we could still play while emailing the company. The company’s response was fast and professional. The issue we had was they sent us a ‘replacement’. Now I assumed that meant a replacement felt for the top of the table. No, they sent us a whole new 300lb table top box. And told us to just dispose of the other one. 🤦🏻♀️ The second table top’s felt was fine so we moved it into the basement, this time paying the delivery driver $40 to help my husband get it down there. Only to find out after complete unboxing that one of the bottom pieces was not in place correctly. We did managed to get it assembled anyway so we just left it as we could not take a THIRD top into our basement. Next we had to pay a company $80 to haul away the damaged table top to the dump because our trash men could not take it (don’t blame them one bit). So we are out an additional $120 we didn’t expect to pay for an error on the company. Not happy about that. The actual table is very nice. We like the storage in the benches and it converts easily to table tennis. We did buy extra (nice)pool sticks and paddles based on other reviews and let the kids use the ones that came with it. I just wish the company would invest in people to replace the damaged felt instead of sending out a whole new heavy table top as their solution. ... show more

    • Great family dining pool and ping pong table!
Color: Black and Red Felt Size: 7-ft
Agree with other reviews - HEAVY, but worth it a lot of fun multi purpose family fun dining entertainment hobby study table! Be prepared, it's loaded on a pallet, packed in a ton of cardboard, 2 separate big boxes - one is the table top and the others are the benches and legs. Have at least 2 other decently strong people ready to helpin delivery day. That being said, after unpacking assembly isn't too bad, about an hour for all. Note our table top was damaged and one of the benches too but a quick call to customer service had new replacements delivered in a few weeks! 5 star customer service! The table has screw in levellers on legs to adjust for a level playing surface. Comes with 2 cues, balls, ping pong balls, net, paddles, pool cue chalk. Ok pool cues very basic and blue chalk for a red table? No. Buy ur own better cues and red chalk. Ping pong paddles basic too but usable. The play on pool is fine for casual. Ping pong table great too. If you're looking for family fun with a multi use table, nothing beats this for the price. A pleasant surprise is the benches are upholstered with a dense quality foam all the way across the seat, very comfy! Benches for easily 3 grown adults across or 4 kids easily. Dining is great. Put a few end chairs and you have enough for 8-10 with room for all the food and plates on the table. We use a nice tablecloth on top and the wood is nice and sturdy, will hold a turkey dinner for Thanksgiving with all the trimmings no problem. Gave 4 stars rating because some parts damaged but they did replace them. As far as pool, ping pong and dining it is great for all of the above! We are very pleased with this product and friends enjoyed it and want one too! ... show more

    • High Quality!
Color: Black and Red Felt Size: 7-ft
I’m so happy! I got exactly what I paid for and my husband agreed with me that it is a high quality item! We decided to get this table instead of the traditional one. We were also worried as many times you don’t get what you see when you buy online. Super easy to assemble, it is heavy though, make sure you have some extra help. I totally would recommend it. We are loving it! We put it in the basement and we used it to eat pizza and it’s so comfortable! We cleaned and opened to have fun and played for hours! ... show more
