I paid for the hart sprayer in 1/06 /2024 I can not used it the battery are no good it will not charge I like to have a new 20v-2.0 ah in a new package I not happy right now of the product I hope you can help me thank you

    • Pump never shuts off.
I don’t know if that’s normal. Pump never shuts off. I called customer service. The wait time was 226 minutes. It shouldn’t run all the time. It should have a pressure switch to shut off when not spraying. I had difficulty putting it on my back. Do not buy. Returning.

This sprayer didn't work right out of the box. It was brand-new, all in plastic. I put it together impeccably. I tried lots of trouble shooting. Finally called customer service. Based on my description of the issue (the motor would come on, but it wouldn't pressurize), they said it was faulty. They said it did not sound like operator error. However, I had to go through the hassle of rinsing the chemical out and boxing it up to return. And as a single-mom, I had hired a babysitter to do yard work for the afternoon, which I wasn't able to get done, so this was a costly experience for me. I bought this at Walmart. Love it but pump quit pumping after 6th use and I always run fresh water through it when I’m done spraying for weeds. Returned and got a replacement. It worked great the first time. I went to use it today for the 2nd time - pump not pumping just humming. SMH. Will return and buy a different brand. ... show more
