Overall it's fine. Biggest frustration with it is that it clicks in place as you fold it down, but collapsing it. You can't lock it in place slightly leaned back and when yoy lift it up to actually sit on it yoy have to sit down quick or it just falls down forward.

I really want to thank the seller who answered my questions and also made sure my product was shipped since FedEx was having issues for some reason... I know the covid is making things harder but some answers would be great.. So thank you again (seller at amazon) for resolving my shippment issue and also giving me a small refund. Now for the product review... I am laying on the couch as we speak and this thing is great. 1. Nice enough cushion so I dont sink and feel the floor 5☆ 2. Big and convenient enough for 1 adult person to sit on comfortably, but also if your a couple great cuddle couch to watch bad movies on. 5☆ 3. Easy to lock the back rest and stays up firmly I feel safe leaning back on it. And has I think 2 modes from up right and slightly slacked. 5☆ 4. My cat loves the big box it came in so 5☆ If you want a space saving, relaxing, comfortable floor couch then this is the one for you. Not just for company, my son finds this more comfortable for doing homework than sitting at his desk. A great alternative to a bean bag chair, too, so he's going to take it to college with him. The fabric has a nice sheen, and is durable and comfortable. We were a little wary of the adjustable back rest, but it's far more sturdy than the lawn chair functions you may remember in the past. I've had blowup beds in the past, and they always got holes, and storing it was always a hassle. This is easy to collapse and nice enough to keep as a permanent fixture. ... show more
