In contrast to HOMESTEAD brand ammo cans, the Hardrock version is MUCH better packed and doesn't arrive damaged. They are individually bubble wrapped, individually boxed and then boxed in a sturdy outer box. However, these are dimensionally sightly smaller than the Homestead brand. Color is normal OD for the "dark green" version and a nice deep black for the black version. High quality can with a good rubber gasket. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Solid ammo can, lock tight and look beautiful. Use them both for 9mm stock up, and even the smaller one hold more than 1k rounds

These are great. The only thing to watch out for is the lid is removable. So open them carefully. Although the lid goes back on easy enough.
