One of the foam corner pads fell off after only a few uses. There are other comments from purchasers about these pads falling off or not being on the cover when delivered. No information to be found anywhere on how to contact manufacturer for a warranty claim. This product exceeded my expectations. It was half the price of other hard bed covers but wasn’t half the quality. I really was impressed with how solid the construction felt and the ease of installation. Yes it’s not flush with the bed, and opening is not a single pull of a wire but it is very secure and is just a quick flip of two levers to open. I just got it installed and have not lived with it yet. Looking at it I see nothing that suggests this won’t be a great deal. If something changes I’ll come back and edit this.
