I ordered this for my son to be able to pack up his Quest 2 while traveling. The product description/name says that it is for the 2 as well as the 3. However, the Quest 2's controllers have plastic rings at the top that make it impossible to fit them inside this case along with the headset. The build quality seems pretty good, and it is pretty hard, which should protect things decently. But don't buy it if you want to have something for the Quest 2 and the controllers!

This little hard case is of average quality with a poorly chosen type of handle. Net pocket, lens protector, security strap, handle (you attach) and a divider inside. Surprisingly I was able to fit the most minimally sized elite strap with battery inside together. With enough room for the plug and a PC cable, but probably not the controllers. Without the strap, the controllers would likely fit fine. My big problem, and why this one is a 3 star rating, is the choice in the handle. It's a cheap faux leather thing with holes punched through that secure by slipping over little posts. Definitely not a handle o feel good about when carrying a relatively delicate piece of tech. For me, this is a deal breaker. If maybe using it strapless works for you somehow, then maybe it's ok.

I got a Quest 3 for Christmas and wanted a nice bag to travel with. This bag looks great but also feels very sturdy. It’s also half the size of my quest 2 bag which is much nicer for traveling! Everything fits snugly and doesn’t rattle around. I don’t think it would fit any aftermarket strap upgrades, so keep that in mind, but with the stock one it’s great.

This case is sturdy and well-padded, providing excellent protection for my Meta Quest 3s. The compact design makes it easy to transport. The case also has plenty of room for my controllers and cables, keeping everything organized and secure.
