I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding a recent purchase I made from your company. I bought an inflatable tub, for $109.99, and unfortunately, it has led to significant damages in my home. The inflatable tub had puncture at the bottom, resulting in water leakage that has caused extensive damage . The damage spans from my bathroom to my bedroom carpet, with water even reaching my kitchen ceiling, causing drywall and electrical damage. The total cost of repairing these damages is estimated to be over $7,000. I have attached photos illustrating the severity of the situation for your reference. I am deeply upset that a product I paid good money for has not only failed to meet expectations but has also resulted in substantial financial repercussions for me and my family. I believe this issue is a clear case of a manufacturing defect. I kindly request your prompt attention and assistance in addressing this matter. I expect a resolution that includes some type of compensation for the damages incurred. I am sending this product back immediately for a refund for the defective product. Love this bathtub! The reason I gave it a 4 waw because it is hard to drain in the shower unless you have some creative help. My husband made a pallet base and then wrapped the tubing under the pallet around the wood and anchored the end of the tube to the drain. Now it works great.

The media could not be loaded. I previously had the inflatable bathtub from the brand DYRABREST and honestly in comparison to this one, that bathtub was like a pool floaty with a garment zipper. This bathtub, however, which is both taller and longer — and therefore more luxurious — is high-quality, and seems very durable. I will post an update if my feelings change but I am so excited for all my upcoming steamy winter baths in this epic solution to my not having a built-in bathtub. I filmed a time lapse vid of me inflating it but I had to pick which video and figured folks would want to see how roomy it is!! ... show more

Like the title says this was very deep and that is what I wanted. I'm sure there's a reason that they have the water outlet on the bottom of the tub that I just can't think of. I wish it was on the side at the bottom well now that I said that I guess I don't know how that would work exactly. I wish the tube came out all the way to the side cuz it always disconnects in the middle of draining it ?...yes... that makes more sense. I love the thing that blows air into it it connects up to it and you don't even have to hold it and it blows up really fast so that's awesome ... show more
