I couldn't even try it out, because air pump doesn't work out of the box. I tried to change it, but it dies after few seconds.

Great tub! It blows up in less than a minute. Very comfy. The zip that closes you in is very handy to put a towel, phone or tablet. It keeps the water very warm for hours. The material is strong and will take care of the job. My only issue which is huge, and I wished I reached out sooner, is emptying the tub. There are plugs and I see where they are to do, but it seems I’m either not that smart or, the tubes they sent (multiple) could have been labeled. So I dish it out with a pot which admittedly has deterred me from using it more.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding a recent purchase I made from your company. I bought an inflatable tub, for $109.99, and unfortunately, it has led to significant damages in my home. The inflatable tub had puncture at the bottom, resulting in water leakage that has caused extensive damage . The damage spans from my bathroom to my bedroom carpet, with water even reaching my kitchen ceiling, causing drywall and electrical damage. The total cost of repairing these damages is estimated to be over $7,000. I have attached photos illustrating the severity of the situation for your reference. I am deeply upset that a product I paid good money for has not only failed to meet expectations but has also resulted in substantial financial repercussions for me and my family. I believe this issue is a clear case of a manufacturing defect. I kindly request your prompt attention and assistance in addressing this matter. I expect a resolution that includes some type of compensation for the damages incurred. I am sending this product back immediately for a refund for the defective product. Thank you for your immediate attention to this urgent matter.

The drain on the bottom gets pinched from the weight of the water so no way for it to drain out any hose (I tried another way). I tried siphoning, didn't work. Plus the hose of theirs leaked.

Filled with air fairly quickly after I figured out how to do get the pump to work. Pump as totally dead when received it. Did not come with any attachments for differ Types of water supplies so it as difficult to fill for what I was using it for. Could not fill from bathroom sink. I had to use the hand held shower attachment and stretch it to reach. Difficult to empty unless you are outside We bought a pump to use next time to empty.
