I'm making soap and lip gloss. I wanted lots of options for the kids to choose from. They love color and it makes everything more fun. This is a great pack of colors. A bit hard to use because of the baggies, but that's probably why these are so inexpensive. I wanted to give them a try before I really spend too much on other supplies. i want to get a feel for how they mix in, how they change with the addition of other ingredients, how the glimmer stays or fades etc. I'm happy they are skin safe since these will be all over the skin and lips. one thing I wish is that there was a better container to hold all the bags and containers for each powder, but like I said, that would raise the cost, so it's not a deal breakers. I'm just excited to start turning out colorful product without breaking the bank.

While this is a nice mica powder, it does not shift color like a chameleon powder. I purchased this product because it is suppose to be "chameleon", I have several brands of mica powder but only chameleon flakes and was hoping to get a chameleon shift with this powder. The packaging was nice for "cheap" packaging. I just received the item and have only used it for dusting a mold, it covered well for a regular mica powder.
