This is a solid, comfortable riding bike. Power is great, and it's a smooth ride. The bike arrived carefully packaged in a crate and is fairly easy to assemble on your own if you follow the enclosed directions (but just know it does take a few hours if you're not familiar with this kind of assembly). So far, I've been impressed with HappyRun's customer service. Every time I've emailed support, I've received a response within 1 business day. We had an issue with the battery overheating within 2 weeks of purchase while riding in 60 degree weather. I emailed customer service, and they immediately sent a replacement battery. I've emailed customer service twice since then to request parts that were damaged through accidental spills (not because of defects with the bike) and I received those parts quickly as well. We'll be keeping an eye on the replacement battery, as it tends to run hot, even in cool weather. There are also two features that prospective buyers need to know about: 1. There is no quick release cord, so it's a time consuming and tedious process to replace a tire or the battery. This choice may have been due to the fact that it's a dirt bike. We figured out what to do using YouTube videos and ordering special tools on Amazon. 2. The leather-like throttle grips that our bike came with looked sharp out of the box, but they immediately started showing wear after just a few days of use. I understand that there's now a rubberized version, so, if you have the option, go with that because they'll be much more durable. We've had this bike for a little over three months now and are pleased with it. It's been a learning curve because we've never had an Ebike or dirt bike before, but, given the option, I would purchase this bike again. ... show more

Great bike! My son loves it. Solid construction, great torque & fast! Customer service has been incredible! Easy to reach and fast response back. Very happy!! Do not purchase. It is an online only company with customer service via email only based overseas. We have had nothing but trouble due to poor manufacturing. They offer a warranty for replacement parts but I have essentially needed to replace all key components and it’s only been 60 days since purchase. With the popularity of e-bikes, I highly recommend finding a local place that not only sells but services such products. ... show more

Overall good bike very fast capable of doing 50mph and very smooth suspension. The only problem I had is the bike came damaged from factory where the sprocket is located and the threads as well. So because of this issue I could only use the bike with throttle and I can’t use the pedals.

Very fun bike and half the price of a surron. It accelerates very fast and holds its speed decently although once it hits 40mpg it seems to take longer to get to 50mph (I haven’t hit it yet you need a very long stretch of road). It doesn’t have a full handgrip throttle, but the half is decent. My main issue: the battery seems to be a little cheaper (for its output) and tends to flicker the head lights from time to time. Sometimes the power glitches out a bit on startup but it may just be my bike. The connectors aren’t the best quality and can bend inside. ... show more
