My hubby gets compliments on his bike wherever he goes. He loves it! it's his commuter bike to work to an area with no bike path, and we have some steep hills, damaged roads from potholes and tree roots, etc. He has no problems with getting there with this bike, it's made his commute easier, safe, and no more bus rides for him. Great bike, speed is excellent, silent, comfy ride, super sturdy, very easy to put together. EXCELLENT customer service! They have responded extremely quickly to our questions and concerns. We are so happy with product function, aesthetic and companies assistance. I highly recommend this item. Just FYI, since it is designed as a sturdy product, it's heavy. If you need to take this up/down stairs, keep in mind you will need to do a bit of a work out; it's 70pounds. If you never need to lift this bike or if you have an elevator, you need to own this bike. We go around UC San Diego with this and around La Jolla, all the way down the coast. It's awesome! The media could not be loaded. It goes decently fast for what it cost, on rough old asphalt it can reach 28mph. Uphill at a slight grade gave me 22mph. On flat dirt trails it can go 22mph which is super fun. It sure beats my previous 350w by a long shot. On top of that the it looks much better and has a comfy seat with adequate shocks. The turn signals are cool, the horn is decently loud, and the headlight is bright enough. The Shimano break calipers and gears are also nice. My only complaints are that the front break squeaks which might just need more breaking in, and that the QR sticker on the display uses too sticky glue making a mess. Very fun ride for a competitive price! EDIT: Brakes are not shimano, and the discs are not very good. could use an upgrade in the brakes for sure. ... show more

This electric bike has to be a joke! It has far less power than my 500 W bike. It advertises 30 miles an hour. I can barely get it to go 15mph downhill. The front and rear tire popped within two days. It can’t go up even the smallest of hills without paddling. It’s just a disaster.

Embarking on the journey with the Happyrun G60 ebike was a venture filled with anticipation, given my enthusiasm for electric bikes. However, after clocking in 400 miles, the experience has left me less than impressed. Frame Welding: Despite my initial excitement, the frame welding on the Happyrun G60 falls short of expectations. Over the course of my experience with the bike, it is difficult to look past that poor quality. Given the squared frame, I'm less than confident in it's durability over the long run. Battery Life: The battery life, while acceptable for short commutes, fails to impress for longer rides. After extensive use, it became apparent that the G60 could benefit from an upgrade in its battery capacity. Yes, riding on pedal assist three will drain the battery, but the range being 15 miles is honestly unacceptable and would absolutely call for a second battery. Condition Upon Delivery: Opening the package was a moment of excitement, but unfortunately, the joy was short-lived. The plate rack and tail light, made from thin metal, succumbed to bending during transit, resulting in a less-than-ideal out-of-the-box experience. A sturdier design or improved packaging is necessary to prevent damage during shipping. Throttle Performance: One notable letdown during my rides was the intermittent cutting out of the throttle at the start. This inconsistency in performance was an unexpected frustration, impacting the overall ride experience. Do not expect to make it through intersections half the time without this happening. Tire Quality: The quality of the Chao Yang tires is another aspect that left me underwhelmed. Premature wear, reduced grip, and overall durability issues were apparent after just two hundred miles. Upgrading to higher-quality tires or providing better options out of the box would significantly enhance the safety and overall ride quality. Buy a set of Kenda or Vee Tires as backups beforehand. The stock tires look great, ride well enough, but the lifespan just isn't there. In conclusion, my 400-mile journey with the G60 has been marked by a mix of excitement and disappointment. While the bike holds promise in its design and intended functionality, addressing the issues with frame welding, battery life, packaging, throttle responsiveness, and tire quality is essential for it to truly shine. It's a looker, but should your budget afford it, please look at more documented and recognizable brands. Bike looks great, FedEx was terrible to deal with in regards to delivery, the unit seemed undamaged, and assembly was easy. Battery indicator light is not clear on status, but once we worked that out my daughter was gone all day on the thing.

Bought this e-bike for our mature 12 year old son after his Jetson was not holding up very well. This e-bike is holding up surprisingly well as our son is on it all the time. My husband and I often steal it from him to go for a ride. We had a couple small damages from the shipping process but the seller was great and even sent replacement parts. Love the LED screen and that you can easily see the battery level and MPH, also that there are different speed settings, as we don't want him using it full speed just yet. The battery sits a little loosey goosey but still does what it's supposed to do! We are planning to buy our other son one in the next few months we love it so much. ... show more
