Heavy duty frame for sure. Frame is about 2x larger gauge thickness than mass produced trampoline at typical stores. Says it needs 3 people to put it together but, I was able to assemble the trampoline (not the net so I can not speak on the net) by my self in about 2 hours maybe less. Put the bolt in the frame but dont tighten until the jumping surface and springs are installed. It helped pull every thing together tight without using ratchet straps. Did not have a single issue so far.

We purchased the 14x16' trampoline due to the size and weight capacity for our teenage kids. We have high winds up on the mountain, and was worried about the trampoline blowing away. We purchased all of the recommended tie downs and spikes and to our surprise, the trampoline has held up well. We have had 50 mph wind gust and she is standing strong!! The only complaint with the product was the trampoline did not come with instructions, so we had to download them off the website, and the net opening has a poorly designed door. I seam ripped the bottom of the net door. It would pull down the net when the kids go in and out. Great product, highly recommend this trampoline!

Very impressed by the attention to detail on this, but then they use plastic clips on the bottom of the net that attach to the springs which so far 4 have broken within the first hour of use. Seriously? 2k for a trampoline, high quality on every other level, and now I have to purchase some metal replacement clips to repair a 1 hour old trampoline. Should have been metal in the first place. UPDATE: After week 1, we are now at about 15 clips broken, and several springs stretched out of shape. Even after all this, no one has contacted me about any of this. Seriously beginning to regret my investment!

The media could not be loaded. This trampoline is awesome!!! I've been searching several months for a well built trampoline for my sons. I needed a trampoline where my sons could do flips and tumbles..., and a trampoline that's well built, sturdy, with an excellent bounce and that will last for many years..., and a trampoline that's big enough for multiple kids. In the past 5 years, we've owned 3 different trampolines. The other brands looked nice, had nice photos, but the quality only lasted 1-2 years, then I'd have to buy replacement parts, which became costly. After owning the Galactic Xtreme for 2 months, I can honestly say that the bounce quality is the best of any other trampolines we've owned. My sons are on this trampoline all day. My eldest is 6', 170lbs. Youngest is 5'9", 150lbs. They love doing flips and having their friends over. At any given time, there are at least 2-5 kids on the trampoline, and it didn't seem to faze the structure of the trampoline. The thickness and construction of the frame tube suggests that this trampoline is built to last. The 156 spring count was by far the highest of any trampoline I had researched online. The 156 long, thick coiled spring gives the trampoline a very springy responsive bounce The trampoline was fairly easy to assemble. The frame is very thick and heavy, so I'd suggest this be at least a 2 person job. It took me and my sons close to 2.5 hours to complete. We did have an issue putting the legs together, but when I called customer support, they were very knowledgeable and personable. The photos on the instruction manual were helpful. If your kids are into gymnastics, cheerleading or sports, I would recommend this Galactic Xtreme trampoline! Well worth every penny!

Safety net poles poor design, where they factory bent the round pole to fit the square adapter is very very weak, we had some 25 mph gust and it folded over. When trying to bend back up crinkled poles just crack and break. Contacted company that said for $80 they would send one lower pole. So much for lifetime warranty.

Incredibly cool. This is everything you could want in a trampoline. Super heavy duty in every way. Assembled in 3 hours solo but probably should have had an assistant.... Kid are ecstatic. My 11 & 13yr old have gone through 2 15' rounds in 6 years. This nect level stuff. I dared them to wear this one out!!

This trampoline was the ULTIMATE Christmas present. My husband and I were able to assemble in about 2.5 hours. Perfect size for our family of 6, kids ages 11, 9, 7, and 6. I would highly recommend this company, they provided a very detailed assembly guide and great communication with the delivery process. I gave 4 stars because we were missing 3 bolts, thankfully we had spares that were able to replace the missing ones.
