Little Bit of miscommunication with the delivery company after confirming a delivery date, waiting then calling again they assigned us a new delivery date, but we bought this trampoline during the covid19 epidemic. Great Trampoline, Made very well & also very sturdy. Took about 6.5 hours to put together, with 3 Adults.Biggest trampoline I've ever put together. Directions where somewhat confusing, upon reading they indicated directions for 4-5 diffident models of trampolines they sell. Towards the end of construction there where a few minor steps that they forgot. Directions would have been easier to follow if they where just for the Trampoline we bought. This trampoline was the ULTIMATE Christmas present. My husband and I were able to assemble in about 2.5 hours. Perfect size for our family of 6, kids ages 11, 9, 7, and 6. I would highly recommend this company, they provided a very detailed assembly guide and great communication with the delivery process. I gave 4 stars because we were missing 3 bolts, thankfully we had spares that were able to replace the missing ones. ... show more

The 10x17 showed up in one large box the semi unloaded into the back of our pickup, worked slick. We unpacked it from there and while it took several hours to complete, the directions were good. The bounce is great according to the kids :) . Purchase doesn't include anchors so we will pick up appropriate ones for concrete, in our case. Other than one wrong-sized set of bolts we'll have to figure out with the seller on the flip side, we're really happy with the quality and how it all went together!!! ... show more

Safety net poles poor design, where they factory bent the round pole to fit the square adapter is very very weak, we had some 25 mph gust and it folded over. When trying to bend back up crinkled poles just crack and break. Contacted company that said for $80 they would send one lower pole. So much for lifetime warranty. ... show more

Very impressed by the attention to detail on this, but then they use plastic clips on the bottom of the net that attach to the springs which so far 4 have broken within the first hour of use. Seriously? 2k for a trampoline, high quality on every other level, and now I have to purchase some metal replacement clips to repair a 1 hour old trampoline. Should have been metal in the first place. UPDATE: After week 1, we are now at about 15 clips broken, and several springs stretched out of shape. Even after all this, no one has contacted me about any of this. Seriously beginning to regret my investment! ... show more

Great Tramp! I had set it up alone except to connect last 2 parts of the metal frame together. It needed me & my 9-year old's grit! It took me alone 7 solid hours. No add'l drilling needed but certainly had to wrestle the screw holes to align! Was missing 2 one-inch hefty screws but at local hardware shop we upgraded the connection for all 6-same like screws by adding length with washers & bolts! Don't see how the instructions called for one inch screws in the 1st place when it needed several inches to make it through the 2nd drill hole! Anyhow absolutely love this tramp! ... show more
