Please make more!
Hape, please make more sets like this! My 20-month-old daughter loves all the toddler soft food baskets and plays with them every day. I love that I can wash them, and they hold up great. And unlike wooden play food, they don't get damaged or damage anything else when she throws or drops them or pretends to bite them. I only wish there was a set with some proteins to add to her kitchen!

Really cute, but a little on the pricey side
It's super cute. I love that I have a set of breads, cookies and other items that fall into the "grain" food group for the children to play with. My eldest immediately integrated the set into her cooking, and the youngest immediately placed the pretzel into his mouth... but I wasn't concerned about him ingesting paint chips or knocking his brother out with a loaf of bread. I think that if I had paid $10 and not a whole $17 and change, the price of the item would not have come to mind when I started playing with the set. I guess I can chalk it up to the quality of the item. That said, though, it's lovely, and I am glad I purchased it.
