I just want to say I bought this whole milking machine last year and it was phenomenal. We only have two dairy goats but it did the job and I want to say that I really look forward to buying another entire milking machine but I'm also going to go ahead and say that I really like the fact that you can buy the parts separately. That was one of my biggest concerns when I bought this smaller milking machine was I was mostly afraid that if I bought it that I could not buy parts if something broke or in this case one of my goats chewed up the actual tubing. So I purchasec this looking forward to my second season of milking.

I have found the battery operated milker helpful. It does not milk completely, but helps. However, I have been trying to get replacement teat cups and the hoses, and both times they arrived broken in the same place. I reached out to the manufacturer, and only received their automated response saying they would contact me. Poor customer service. Poor quality control. Unfortunately it looks like I need to find a new milking solution since I can’t get replacement parts. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

I love that I can attach these individually. I actually have these for my standard goat whose teats are larger and was taking longer to milk out, and this has improved her comfort (less stomping!) and she milks out much faster now that she has the correct fit. A wonderful perk that these come with all the necessary tubing to integrate into your Hantop system.
