Update: 2 things, 1 the company immediately reached out. I sent pictures and they are sending a replacement. They were amazing to work with and proactive in reaching out. 2. I took off the gel mattress topper because of the split and my hips hurt so much last night, I dragged it to my side of the bed and just put one portion down to lay on and I was able to get through the night. It really does make a difference. We’ve used this for 4 months, as I changed the sheets tonight I noticed one spot that didn’t look right, upon closer inspection it’s the foam layer that has a hole or separation in it. I have no clue how it could happen. There is no button I could find to contact the seller. Love and learn but beware.

I was a little skeptical on some reviews saying it's not worth the money but I can say it's so comfy. I have a pillow top king size that's kind of soft and comfortable. Thought it's time to add a new softer topper with some form of cooling gel instead of buying a new bed set. This topper definitely gives some height and softness to my bed but I'm a lil disappointed as I do not feel any of the cooling effects. 😒 I have entered the stage where I sweat like hell at night and it's so uncomfortable! The 4 stars is due to no real cooling feeling but it's overall veryyyyy comfortable.

This topper was pretty thin, which I expected. We're using it over a memory foam topper as an added layer, so we didn't need this to be very thick. It was much smaller than we expected, though! Even if we didn't have the memory foam underneath it, it barely stretches to fit our queen mattress and the sides have to be adjusted often. The top padded part also doesn't reach the edges of the mattress, so I can feel a couple inches on the edge of the bed when I'm sleeping where there's a "lip". I don't think I'd choose this topper again but it would be a pain to get back in the packaging to return it, so we'll be keeping it for now. I think the manufacturer should consider adding a couple of inches to the width of the topper so it covers the entire mattress.

Bought this when the husband said that the mattress was "too firm." Neither of us was sleeping well, both waking up with shoulder/neck/back pain. I was concerned at first that it didn't get more "fluffy" after airing out for about a day, but the looks are deceiving. It is very soft, very comfortable, and neither of us has slept so good in a long while. Highly recommend!

These were the hero of sleep comfort! Used this cover on raised air beds. This mattress cover made everything feel like “home” once the sheets and other bedding was added. I think if the mattress were not terrible to begin with this topper would be sufficient. It did help make it not like sleeping on a piece of plywood but we ended up putting the egg crate pad under this one to help. Do not get this thinking you will lay on a feathery bed that did not start with some feathers! It fits well with the deep elastic and will not slide off.

It is not 4 inches thick. It is maybe two! It is foam combined with a cover. And the cover does not encase but it fits like s sheet. It is not what I wanted but it does cushion some. So I’ll keep for now. It looks good though.

This is just the things to revive an older mattress. It makes them feel super comfortable again. Not overly thick, but it doesn’t need to be like the old foam mattress toppers. It has 3 layers. Just make sure you put the blue ceiling foam side down. I did it wrong the first time. I bought a second one because I liked it so much. Will definitely get some for my other beds too.
