The trash bin cover makes an ugly area much better looking! I put patio pavers underneath to stabilize it and it is very sturdy. Super easy to build and I ended up painting it with no issue. My advice would be to make sure it’s on a stable surface and you’ll have no issues!

This product is deceiving. It is sold as an outside product, yet the quality of the wood and overall product is poor. This will not last one season. Wood is soft and easily splits. The size is also deceiving as it just barely fits the garbage pail it’s made for. I would never by this product again. Based on cost I bought it as it was cheaper than making one myself. Everything on it is cheap…wood, hardware, everything. Ultimately I will be discarding this and building my own as I should have decided to do from the beginning. ... show more

Difficult to assemble.. doesn’t fit the standard trash as the trash door cannot be opened without pulling it out… it’s also not sturdy. I am not happy with this purchase. Took 45 minutes and the end result disappointed me… but looks very nice!!

I assembled this by myself for the most part. Only needed an extra person to put the doors on at the end. Its pretty sturdy. It barely fits my trash company's required trash cans though. Im going to have to find a way to secure it to the ground so when I pull the cans out it doesn't move. Its a snug fit. But it looks really nice. I wish it was a few inches bigger. ... show more

I utilized the measurements provided on Amazon and measured my bin multiple times to be sure before I purchased. I’ve had the plastic garbage can sheds. They were a nightmare to assemble and would fall apart after a few years making my house look white trashy. This one is much nicer for the neighbors to look at. Easy to assemble. And the tops flip up making it easy to alert the garbage men to stop. So far the bears haven’t effed with it.
