Just had everything delivered today and will start construction next week. Everything came in a timely fashion and at a great price. Because it is so large yes, the delivery team may need help unloading it but that shouldn’t provide a bad review on the quality of the product as it’s a separate delivery service. I heles them unload it from the truck And it only took us a half hour to get it off the truck and into my driveway. The book with the instructions have so many different ways to put it together with no rhyme or reason as to what goes with what. This has been a nightmare for us. Definitely will never try to do this again, EVER! Just buy one already built or have a carpenter put it together for you. Save yourself some real headaches!! ... show more

This shed came with all the pieces needed to build minus the shingles, drip edge and of course flooring base. Price has significantly gone up since I’ve purchased and it has taken a week of building after I get off of my regular job. We will be using this as a chicken coop. Delivery went well although I felt bad because the delivery guy was by himself and this package weighed over 1300lbs. Comes on a large pallet and was nicely packaged. ... show more

Spend your money elsewhere. Not a single 2x4 straight or cut to the proper size. Good thing I'm using it for a chicken coop.

I didn't install it yet, so this is my first impressions. Overall my experience is positive. From other reviews, I knew that delivery guys will have difficulties to unload package, so I prepared a way to make it safely in advance. As the result, no damaged elements in my package. Some (not much) woods was not in the best quality but ok for this type of construction... and price (I see price changed since that time). Before buy, I compared price of the kit vs. expenses, effort and time if I'll do everything by myself including transportation. I found that the kit makes perfect sense. The only, the floor doesn't include... however this fine to me. I wanted to make strong solid base over cement blocks... that the shed will not attach to the ground. You know that I meant... in terms of property taxes. ... show more

This is a very nice shed. They thought of every detail. They even supplied some 2x4’s to set the wood on for the shed knowing that the shipping company would not have a fork lift to unload the shed. The delivery company unloaded and asked me not to help. “They had it covered” I appreciated that. Delivery was earlier than scheduled which I also appreciated. My husband, son and I are currently building the large shed and 99% of the wood was in excellent condition. Couple of 2x4’s were warped but still did their job. Have not ran into any problems with the materials or build and highly suggest the purchase ... show more
