Each Yellow Leaf Hammock includes a "Hammocking 101" Guide with instructions on where and how to hang your hammock. I have tried many, many hammocks recently. After a few months I decided to buy it and I was beyond disappointed. When I unwrapped it the material felt and looked like it was made of dental floss. IMHO this hammock is way overpriced and a higher price tag doesn’t mean you’re getting a better deal. I do hope that the cost is higher so the company can help the people that make these. There were many loose and pulled threads all over the hammock. One needs to be mindful of what they are wearing such as jewelry, etc. Stay away from anything that may snag on the threads like velcro. It’s not easy to get on in and out. Once I got in and I couldn’t adjust myself and this does not allow for making adjustments. I couldn’t find myself feeling confident enough that it could hold me. I’m 5’2” and about 115. There are many options that cost a lot less, are made with thicker and more sturdy material and give a better of safety. The pros are: comes in a nice carry case, the colours were spot on, it’s handmade and it (hopefully) supports a charitable organization. Hope this helps someone.

So comfortable!

I was pleasantly surprised when I first sat in this hammock chair. It is soooo comfortable! It may be a bit expensive but absolutely worth the cost, especially if the actual weavers in Thailand are truly benefiting substantially from it. It is beautiful and I love it. I plan on using it in multiple places, taking it on camping trips, in my yard, and hanging from an eye bolt in the main support beam across my living room ceiling. I will be purchasing more for gifts soon.

Just Plain Miraculous

We first experienced the Yellow Leaf Hammock Chair at a friend’s house in the Colorado mountains and pretty much didn’t get out of them for three days. Came home and immediately ordered two for our home. Now they’re hanging on our back porch and we couldn’t be happier. Most comfortable place you can rest your rear end by far. Love them!

Comfortable but fraying already.

Exceptional quality - excellent purchase

We purchased this hammock for use in our storage room to create another "space" where one of us can be during this quarantined period. It is loved by our entire family. Our children use it daily, sometimes sitting side-by-side and swinging. The quality of the hammock is exceptional, since it is handmade in the traditional hammock design / style that you see with authentic hammocks from countries where these hammock types are used as actual beds. I love that it supports women at-risk. The price is, understandably and rightfully, more expensive as a result. You can find much less expensive hammocks that are manufactured, but they are in a different category of quality as well.

Nice hammock...no instructions to hang included

I love my Yellow Leaf chair hammock. However, I was very disappointed it didn't come with hanging instructions or anything to hang it. I bought 2 hooks and my friend drilled them to 2 palm trees that were close together. I have noticed when I went online to read how to hang a chair hammock that a long rod is used to hang it. I hope that hanging it from 2 hooks will not damage the hooks and support my weight evenly.

Vacation in my Backyard

We Love Ours

Our whole family loves this hammock chair. I think it's more comfy than a regular laying hammock. Mounted this in our office and our 3 year old claimed it as her own. Coupled with two stud mounts, it easily holds me, my wife, and daughter at the same time. That's over 330 lbs! It's pricey, but very high quality.
