I purchase this machine with the confidence that I was going to do some lovely embroidery, Much to my surprise the machine was not stitching instead of picking up the thread it was pulling at the fabric and damaging it and breaking needles. One of the biggest problem I discover with this machine is that it have a manufacture defect, the needle and entire face of this machine is out of line with the holes on the plate and the only hole on the plate the needle can go through is the largest hole which is too large for the needle and nipple size, I tried different fabric and got the same problem, I contacted the seller and and was asked to send pictures which i did and although I contacted the seller YEQIN again never got a response, I got in touch with the company that Manufacture the machine and they was not much help not only that but I was told that they do not make spare parts or accessories for this machine, Now after spending hundreds of USD and paying for international shipping I have a machine that is poorly made , not working and no after sales service, After purchasing this machine I discover that there are other Models Machines That work better and have very good after sales service also lots of spare parts and accessories, After writing this review I am still hopeful that the seller will reach out to me and get this problem resolved because its unfair to spend so much money on a machine and cannot use it. This machine is apiece of trash. The machine don’t work right! The looper is not install in right. The workmanship. I need to return it for a new one.

I had high hopes for this machine but it turned out to be a nightmare. I spent several 12 hour long sessions studying the mechanics and adjusting the machine but couldn't make it stitch a continuous line with any thread or fabric I tried. It pulls and snags fabric, skips stitches, fails to pick up the thread and is generally a nightmare. The machine comes with a parts list to order additional needles (hooks) and nipples but NO PLACE TO ORDER THEM. I even had a connection in China phoning the manufacturer but never received a response. ... show more
