The reel is very good the on ly problem is very hard, when you try to fold the the handle to put it away you have to take the screw out and pull hard to do it I put some oil and still hard, the reel is very smooth on retrieve, I purchased 2 other reels from this company the M1 and HANDING Magic Soul Spinning Fishing Reel and HANDING Magic Shadow Spinning Reel very happy with my purchases ... show more

Love this reel for ultra light fishing this 500 reel is super nice for the price, 17.5 pounds of drag is insanely good for a 500 reel. Seems sturdy I’ve yet taken it out fishing so rating might change. But I support this brand I’ve bought there casting rods also and it’s been great so far.
