I choose this one because it with metal duckbill. But when I received it first thing I realized there is no metal duckbill. What is the point I paid more for same quality stuff? Also it’s really no way to assemble it, as other people says. That’s why I need to return it.

The media could not be loaded. The main disappointment is terrible craftsmanship. With the right tools, it’s a simple job, but the inserts of both bases were done at an angle. I thought I’d still try to make it work, but only one of the bases was done so poorly that I can’t screw in the bolt tightly. The description also mentioned customer support, but I don’t see a number or email, so please send me two new bases threaded adequately. The design and instructions to build are simple, which is why I’m annoyed it came with messed up parts.

My husband assemble it quickly, you need to be careful the first time when setting, my husband easily fall and so my father in law, so don't go so confident and try seating on the edge first. Overall once we got the trick we all love spending afternoons reading in it. No complaints so far.

this hammock is awful as the screws do not fit into the holes which is very dangerous. then the hammock material is much too tight, so another danger when trying to get in the hammock as it will flip. i am very dissatisfied and disappointed. the worst part is now i have to take the entire thing apart and try to fit it back in the box to return.

Got this hammock for a gift. It’s beautiful but the bolts that came with it to assemble the base either do not fit in the holes or they are stripped so we cannot even put it together! Super bummed.

One side of the #2 crossbar pole was pinched too much and wouldn’t allow the #3 hammock bar frame to be inserted! So disappointed!
