I really wanted this product to work. Did everything as I read in direction. Seemed easy. For me it was hard to push fruits through the hole whic was miniature, then some vegetable big pieces would push through and I would have small chunks in my juice. It was real hard to clean every single piece which made me dread having a juicer. Lastly after a week last juicing I smelled slight smoke smell which made me nervous and I immediately unplugged it and shipped it back.
