Not sure someone would bother getting this tailored to fit properly, but if you could do it yourself this would be a great buy. My only reason for returning is the sleeves were unusually long. I wear a 2x tee so I bought this in a 3x and the fit was decent in my midsection, but the sleeve length was at least 3 inches longer than I would like falling to almost the center of my palm. I'm a big guy and regularly order 3X products. This blazer really is nice, but the sizing is way off. A 3X translates closely to a 46L or 48L. While I can wear one, the sleeves are far too long. This is the 2nd product from Coofandy I have returned due to somewhat bizarre sizing. This is the second sports jacket that I have bought through this company and both have worked out great. They are easy to take on a cruise and are very reasonably priced to compare to other sports coats that you can buy at retail stores. They are well-made and are great to take. The only down side is they come pre-folded, and you must take them to a dry cleaners to have pressed before you can use them, but this is not really a problem.
