I purchased this product after starting a job that requires me to lift and carry heavy boxes. I have been dealing with severe back pain and sciatica since having my daughter 4yrs ago which ended up with me not being able to walk for over a year. I had been taking ibprophen after every shift and even contemplated finding a different job; with all that being said after wearing it for a couple weeks now I feel a significant difference. I'm not in agony throughout my whole work shift. It's definitely taken a lot of stress off of my body. It's not a cure all but it does what it says it will do. My only complaint is that it tends to slide up on me sometimes. I would recommend this product to anyone who needs the extra back support. I purchased a large. I am 5'7 and weigh 180. My upper waist is 35in lower waist is 40in and hips are 45in for reference. Hopes this helps anyone concerned about sizing.

I recently purchased this back support brace for my husband who is a delivery packages for LaserShip. This product help correct his posture while lifting while give some back comfort. I've also used the brace doing some of my daily chores. I'm a mother of 5 ( yes, 5 c-sections) this definitely helps my weak back and core while sweeping and mopping.
