This is material thicker than expected. It’s soft and comfortable. My 6 year old is very pleased and was excited to see it. We used this for Uncle Ford Pines from Gravity Falls. The pockets are functional. This was definitely worth the price and I highly recommend it for daily use. He didn’t complain about being cold in the rain and low temps so I’d say it’s pretty warm! But it fits my 6 year old. I like it quite a lot so instead of returning I bought the size 13-14 for my older kiddo and that one fits like a glove.
