HALO LED Recessed Lighting 6 inch LED Downlights are complete canless LED recessed light 6 inch disk lights designed for use in new construction, remodel, and recessed lighting 6 inch retrofit installation, without needing a housing or j-box. Ultra-slim disc design goes where LED can lights can’t. This Halo 6 inch LED recessed light fixture features 3000K warm white color temperature and an LED driver that offers 120-Volt dimming capability. The HBLE line of Halo canless 6 inch LED recessed lighting features a smooth lens and provides uniform illumination and wet location listing for use as shower lights for inside shower and protected ceilings.

We installed the 12 pack of LED lights in our pool/sun room with a dimmer switch. They provide wonderfully comfortable 3000 K lighting which can be adjusted with the switch. Bright, but not harsh 3000K temperature lighting down to a dim almost candlelight brightness for special occasions. The wire-nuts provided in the pack were a bit small for multiple wires, so I replaced them with larger ones to secure the connections. My husband and I are pretty handy around the house and found these incredibly easy to install in the kitchen of a 2 story house. The tip to use a hole saw to drill out the space is right on point, it made it all a breeze. They're shallow enough that there's still a little crawl space where we won't end up punching them out, and they sit close enough to flush with the ceiling. Easy to figure out the connections, too. Such an easy install and the lights totally transform a room. We recently did a kitchen remodel and I installed 5 of these in a 13x13 area. They are so bright that we usually keep them on 50% but it is nice to know we have room to make it brighter. Hopefully they last as long as advertised, but from what I’ve read, Halo is one of the better brands out there. I recommend installing with a smart switch if you can. I ordered 2 sets of 24 lights. 3 out of 48 failed. I tried to get in touch with the seller and was told via message from Amazon, that I can't communicate with seller. Amazon customer service did not help. I will not buy additional Halo lights.

Great wafer lights. Easy to wire and install. Use a 4 1/8” hole saw to create your hole in the ceiling, run the wire and make your connections. Can even be dimmed using the appropriate dimmer switch. My go to wafer lights for kitchens and bathrooms.
