I had no clue how bad my posture was until a few weeks ago when I had a back injury and they took X-rays and I started PT. One of the things that the therapist said was we need to improve your posture. The first time I put on the posture corrector, I thought holy heck my posture was bad and this thing just straighten me up. It’s easy to put on and take off as well as adjust the straps. It’s comfortable to wear, and such a great value on this. I was expecting to spend a ton for a strap to help me during the day while working. I did not find that this back support posture brace actually made a difference. I honestly feel you could wear a backpack and get the same support as this offered. I tried adjusting which did not make a difference. Unfortunately, I really can’t recommend this posture corrector as I do not feel it made much of a difference between wearing it and not. eta: CS service was very receptive of my feedback- even though my review stands I do think they take care of their customers promptly if there is anything they can do to remedy a situation, in which this situation they could not. who knows maybe you will find this device works well for you but unfortunately for me it did not. ... show more
