Seems a bit wobbly when putting together but once done it’s pretty sturdy. Created the extra space I was looking for and the look I was going for! Wasn’t difficult to put together. I looked around and thought a long time before deciding on this storage rack. I wanted something more streamline and basic so it would not take away from the overall look of the bathroom. But I still wanted it to look good. I wanted to still be able to do my business while sitting down without having to worry about hitting my head on a shelf. I love that the shelves are solid. The main reason for purchasing is I really needed a more functional way to store and access my towels. I have not decided how I will store them. I may mix it up like in the picture. I may used it for a couple of other things too, but I love that I can store the towels in different ways. One thing to note: when my hubby first put it together he put the cross bar on the inside of the frame. This prevented the rack from being able to sit more centered behind the toilet. When he started putting the shelves on he switched the crossbar on the outside. If you plan on storing anything heavy on the rack I definitely suggest securing it to the wall, but I don’t want a hole in the wall if I don’t have to. For my needs, I don’t think it will be required. I am very pleased! It shipped quickly and loved the price too! Highly recommend! ... show more

I'm using mine as a laundry/dog center lol. I originally wanted it to hold my laundry stuff and clothes when done but now that we got a dog it's just to hold laundry soap, Clorox powder and the dog stuff. I had a different shelf that had metal shelves but it couldn't hold the heavy laundry soap. These shelves hold pretty nice so far and it says it's supposed to hold 20 lbs so we'll see. It definitely took a lot longer to put up than my other one but that's because of all the screws and bars but as long as its sturdy I guess it was worth it. After I assembled it it was a little wobbly but instead of trying to figure out why I just screwed it to the wall and obviously it didn't move. The screw head is a little too small for the hole in the bracket so I also used the 2 anti-tip things they supplied as well. Love the color and the look. The shelves did have some dust on them I guess from when they are cut so watch out if you are wearing light clothes lol. ... show more

We almost returned this item because it seemed to be missing parts. It turns out that that they included instructions for a different item that had a few similar parts. Wasted several hours of our time on this. Also, the item did not include any customer service information. Once we finally got it assembled, it's pretty good from the standpoint of being solid and stable, but a bad consumer experience. ... show more
