Being the nerd that I am, I've long admired this series of scale model airplane ornaments, in particular the ones that were race planes in the 1930's. The Hall Bulldog is a fairly obscure racer, but certainly one of the most unique examples from the early 30's. They did a nice job on this one -- my only complaint is that it seems larger compared to previous releases. This is no problem if you're hanging it on a tree -- but if you display the models in a row on a shelf (and I'm guessing I'm not the only one), the Bulldog is taller and "bulkier" than any of the other seven I have. In any event, I hope Hallmark continues this series, and I will be a likely purchaser. One other note, these are surprisingly sturdy -- at a glance, they seem like they might be on the fragile side.
