Having a room with no closet and very small, storage space is a must! This bed frame has some of the storage space I need without shoving stuff under creating a mess. Overall, I love the frame. Looks great in my room and is super sturdy. I did find assembling the headboard to be very difficult. The pictures in the assembly directions are very vague and a little confusing. It is super important to line the direction of the frames and boards when assembling as it will have downstream effects...I had to undo it several times to keep realigning the frame and boards...kind of frustrating. Again, the instructions are not super helpful in showing this and are at best...misleading. when putting the strip on for the headboard lights start the sticky application of the lights at the very edge of the board. The picture shows it a couple inches in but it takes the full length so start at the edge or you will have some of the light strip hanging down with the cord. I will say it gets easier to assemble as you go. The base of the bed goes together fairly easily (the two larger pieces at the head below the baseboard are a little challenging. Make sure the wood grain goes the same as the baskets, this isn't shown in the instructions) and the baskets are easy once you figure out how the side rubber things work and get the wheels attached (the wheels can take some muscle to snap in not as easy as you think). The only other thing I would caution about is the plastic snap things that go in the holes with each of the slats. They are very difficult to snap in. After struggling with about 3 of them I made the calculation I didn't think I would need them. Well...learned that when adults do what adults do...without the plastic snap inserts the bed is quite noisy because the metal slats don't have the plastic dampening the sound. So don't skip this step, especially if you have kids, neighbors, or live in an apartment setting. Took me about 5 hours to put the whole bed together. Looks great. The power socket in the board is brilliant. The changing color light strip is a bit much for an adult. I just keep it on the soft yellow but could be fun for younger people. Those baskets underneath are actually a lot of storage space which is nice.

The box was extremely heavy! Needed to get some extra help bringing it inside. Assembly was a bit overwhelming but the instructions were pretty straight forward. Bed looks beautiful and is nice and sturdy. Overall pleased with my purchase!

This is extremely hard to assemble. Im a maintenance guy, and it took me almost 4 hours with my wife getting things I pointed at. The directions are very hard to follow when it comes to which way every screw hole goes. Had to unscrew the head board 3 times because it wasn't clear which way things where facing in the picture. The small boards on the side of the bed said to use the wrong screw. I had to use large channel locks to make the wheels fit properly on the basket, as I wasn't strong enough to flex the bars inward to get them to meet up with the wheel clip. I was using a drill for almost all of it, which had to speed things up. so if your going to do it with the allen wrench they supply, good luck. The thing looks strong, and, no real complaints with it once build, other then the sticky didnt stay on the LED but stuck to the paper when I pulled it off. They give you clips to hold in place, but it sags down a little now. Over all if you have 2 to 4 hours and some tools and maybe a helper the price is pretty good.

We love this bed, and so do our cats! The color and the design give such a rustic feel, while still being super modern and elevating the look of our bedroom. Since the alcove in which our bed sits is narrow, and doesn't allow for very large bedside tables, the extra storage space and charging ports that the headboard shelf provides are so functional and necessary for us. Not to mention that the LED strip light is great for reading or winding down before sleep. The drawers are also convenient. They slide out super easily, and are a great place to store our decorative pillows and extra blankets when not in use. They also create a great little cat-cave under the bed, which our kitties hang out in all the time by slipping in under the headboard. My ONE complaint is the gap at the bottom of the headboard, where pillows can fall through. We got a gap-wedge pillow (also on amazon) to fill the space, which works well to solve the problem. Overall, met all my expectations, and highly recommend.
