The media could not be loaded. This thing is great I have a printer with a genuine e3d volcano and I can’t tell the difference. I didn’t like the fan shroud that came with it so I printed my own for bigger fans but hotend it’s self works great. In the video I’m printing with 1mm nozzle 1.2 width and .8 height. It’s printing verry well. If anyone is wondering good retraction settings are 4mm at 40mm/s. I ran a few test and that was my best results. Don’t be scared to buy. ... show more

Terrible heat creep, cooling fans are too powerful at full power, lower fan ears will catch on print and snap off. This will destroy hours of work. Also these are printed parts, and they melt from hot end heat....

    • Cheap but worth it if you know what your doing I guess
So clogging yeah you probly need to change your slicing profile and reduce your retraction as you that seemed to be the biggest reason for me it clogged aside from that oh and the pla fan ducts probly would suffice but they def could be a bit better engineered as they are brittle

The media could not be loaded. So put this on my anet a8 and I could be happier. This works perfectly as long as you assemble it properly. I used the e3d video to put mine together and it hasn't clogged or jammed on me 1 time

I purchased this because I will have to replace my unit and it looked good on paper: But... 1. It the V6 radiator/cooler s not threaded for a Bowden tube attachment. There are v6 hot ends that are threaded. 2. The unit is about half the size of the unit I will be replacing. Smaller fans smaller frame, smaller fans, etc 3. The hotend is half size of 'standard' Creality hot ends. Not sure it matters. I won't know until I install it. 4. Hotend is designed for smaller nozzles, possibly hard to replace in future. 5. Most importantly: No way to mount the unit. There are no additional tabs or holes to mount the unit to any other framework. 6. Unit comes as a kit with not assembly instructions. Took a while to determine how things went together. Overall, it may be worth using as a starting point to build a new unit. Not sure this will ever be useful. ... show more

Everything seems OK but pteg and pla sticks and blocks awful. Replaced heat break with a quality titanium one (e3d, or th3d's) and you are good to go.

The overall kit is ok. The fan ducting is printed in PLA. Both of mine melted and fell off on the first print. Everything else is fine.
