I really love this hair steamer. I have low porosity hair, which is hard to hydrate, and this comes in handy when I deep condition. After I use this, my hair is feeling so soft. Solid hair steamer. I’ve had mine for 4 years now. I have to prop mine up so I can get a certain angle to sit and steam my hair. It would be nice if the angle was more adjustable. Steam works wells and helps me deep condition hair and with at home facials. I prefer this over a steam cap or hand held steamer.

I was very excited about this product because I often get my hair hydration done at my quarterly hair salon appointments, and I wanted to be able to continue the hydration process in between. The product was amazing. The first time that I used it. I’m so excited and knew that I would continue to use it often. The second time I went to use the product it did not work. I ended up throwing the product out and spent almost $70 for one time use. The concept is great, and I will look for a similar products, but I will not purchase from this company for this product style again.

Update: I was contacted in April by an employee - Amber Jones - after seeing my review who indicated that they would like to send me a free replacement. The replacement was sent and when I received it I noticed that their were clearer instructions, especially the one that said do not use purified or distilled water. I really appreciated this. I can tell that it was important to the company that I had a good shopping experience with them. Now on to the product: the replacement has worked well so far. I decided to wait a while to update my review so that I could use it a bit. I use the steamer to to do hot oil treatments, deep condition, and also to re-moisturise my hair. I really love it and am I very grateful a replacement was sent. The steamer did not work. I put it on and it started beeping. Then it just stopped. It is not even coming on. I would like a refund. It was a waste of money for me.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this steamer in 2022 and it worked fine. I hardly used it, maybe about 5 times since purchasing. I just went to use it and it's not working. The steamer is practically new. Not sure why it's not working. I store it in its original box with the plastic wrappers. I have a handheld steamer but I don't always feel like using my hands. I'll have to purchase a new one. Probably a different brand.

This steamer is fantastic! It’s easy to assemble. The water heats up quickly and lots of steam is dispensed. I do one wash and rinse of my hair and sit under the steamer for 5 minutes to open up the cuticle in each strand. Then, I put on my conditioner and get back under the steamer. My scalp and my hair are full of moisture and the conditioner penetrates each hair shaft and my scalp. Then, I wash and rinse my hair one more time in semi warm water to remove the conditioner and seal the hair cuticles. My hair stylist says my hair is growing like crazy and is getting thick and strong. This was a very smart purchase for myself in terms of self-care and taking care of my hair.
