I wasn't sure if these were actually going to cut as the last pair I bought in person dulled out within a week. With these those, out of the package they were sharp. I did sharpen them a little extra, just because it's what I prefer to do and these things were perfect or to my liking. These scissors have not dulled out on me, even after using these daily for over a month now.
