Earlier this year I bought a tub mushroom as I saw it on TV and made a purchase here on Amazon. It was OK didn’t fit my drain completely so it was always a little offkilter. I would say it worked maybe one out of two times for keeping my hair out of the pipes, when I saw this drain cover online as I was looking for shower curtains, it looked like something that could potentially work for the price. I thought not bad so I bought it and it works perfectly. I have no issues with hair is going down the drain literally all gets piled up on top of the silicone cover and I can easily pull it off and dispose of it in a trashcan came to my mom who likes this product

The media could not be loaded. The silicone design is flexible and fits most standard drains. You simply press it into place and lift it out to remove trapped hair — no tools required. This makes routine cleaning quick and hassle-free. The cover catches hair and debris before it enters your pipes, helping reduce slow drainage and the need for chemical cleaners or plumbing tools. I really wanted to like this hair catcher because the material feels sturdy and the size is good, but unfortunately it didn’t work well for my bathtub. Once I placed it over the drain, the water started getting stuck and draining very slowly, so the tub would fill up while showering. It does catch hair, but it blocks the water too much. I ended up returning it because it wasn’t practical for everyday use.

Suction cups don't stick well. Catches long hair....but it's easier to clean if left to dry first.

This product is amazing. And it works! I have been shedding hair like no tomorrow and this absolutely has saved my drain from clogging. Look at the picture and how much it has caught after one shower. Finally a product that works and I won't be sticking my fingers in the drain to pull out clumps of hair. Easy to clean just grab a paper towel or some toilet paper and grab the hair on it and toss and viola presto clean and no clog tub. Definitely recommend.

The suction cups on the bottom don’t stay secured to surfaces. It causes the bathtub/shower to flood because it blocks the drain. Not worth the money.
