First one arrived damaged. No issues setting up an exchange and they sent a replacement right away. Boyfriend loves it! He’s still learning all the great features and loves the laser. Definitely recommend. I was hesitant never hearing the brand, but couldn’t afford paying for high name brand.

order arrived on time actually early but I am not complaining, I have been using this saw all day and I love it and it cuts nice and it has some nice features it has double bevel and is a 12" saw I bought a Dewalt stand with wheels and mounted it to that and it works out great it also has a laser like my 10" old craftsman but this one also has a light on it so to help my Blind ass see it comes with a dust collection bag but saw dust still gets everywhere and the bag is working I just had allot to cut so I filled it several times today. The only thing that I am not excited about is the dial for your degrees and 0 is a sticker so I wonder when it will come off or how easy is it going to be to destroy it but I really like this saw and for the price I really Love it just wish I could find a dust collector fitting to attach a hose to my dust collector I have one on order that I am just taking a chance on not sure it will work ... show more

I ordered a saw from Norvick and got damaged in delivery by FedEx. I contacted Norvick. They had me send them pictures then had me send them more pictures then said I would have to wait until they settled their claim with FedEx to resolve this issue. I’ve had to contact Amazon customer service through this entire process. It’s the only way I got a response from this company then today I get a message from them wanting to know why I want to return this saw. It has been a nightmare. All I want is them to pick this thing up and refund my money at this point they’re doing everything they can not to I would not buy anything else from Norvick and I would suggest anybody needing a saw from them or anything from them as a matter of fact, turn tail and run there’s other companies that are so much more customer friendly and make things right instead of trying to figure out how not to so if you want good Customer Service and you want a company to stand behind damaged equipment when it’s received rotten not walk away from this company again the only way I’ve ever gotten a response from this company is by going to Amazon Customer Service and complaining save yourself the frustration of dealing with such a crappy company by the way, I had to give them a whole star because it wouldn’t let me give them a half ... show more
