The media could not be loaded. So before I start my first impressions in my review I want to disclaim that I paid for this product with my own money. I am a real reviewer and a real customer with real experience. I am was looking for new video lights for my Video contact and I came across this and this would be great also for my photography doing the light painting or long exposures or Astrophotography with light painting. I made a video last night me playing around with these LED lights. I tested continuously and try different outputs of the lumens that it pushes out. And I do recommend not happen in the highest setting and keep it on for long periods of time. You can do this at 50% 60% but make sure that you do not cause the LEDs to my function. I say this because this is not my first light stick, and I had purchased others that had a similar problem but this product doesn’t have that problem and I can ensure you if you just follow the simple instructions or read this review do you know how to keep it for a long period of time. For me, it already paid itself off because I’m using it for a professional setting. There is a remote that comes with this LED light stick and you’re different color choices you can choose from but I initially made a video on Instagram explaining how this product could be used for professional settings like law enforcement or search and rescue personnel, EMT personnel in the list continues. This is why I want to get my professional opinion as a professional photographer and a videographer that understands what this product is actually meant for, it’s very versatile too. The product is very lightweight and it charges quickly within the hour. It does have a rechargeable battery of 2600 mA at 7.4 V it’s 10W but its input it’s actually 5C at 2 A max Update: just use these led lights for a photoshoot in Chicago on March 27th, 2021 with EQWHY and I’m thinking about ordering two more for my travels as a travel photographer. They work so well and I did have them on for more than two hours straight and no burnout. The colors choices for the led were options in my shoots but very effective Update: Sept 2021 The LED LIGHT still works and I have been traveling with them and I just added two more photos of some Light painting photos from my results of using it as my daily tool for photography. ... show more

My roommate recommended me this light and i saw him use it during a very dimly lit indoor event. it was easy for him to just hold from the handle and it gave the perfect amount of brightness for a clear shot. it attaches to a tripod as well and comes in RGB colors. it also has the strobe settings. i may end up getting another soon! ... show more

I purchased this for a photography lighting project and overall it seemed to provide sufficient brightness and control for my purposes. The screw socket on the bottom is ideal for mounting on a lightstand and the swivel head allows you to adjust position fairly well. Of course, as you move from white to a blue hue the light output decreases. Controls on the wand and remote were fairly easy to use although the final selection of strobe did not function as listed. I probably will not use this function for photography so overall it generally met my needs. ... show more

So far, this has been a wonderful source of light for all sorts of ideas. For one, it is light in weight and easy to operate. there are only a few buttons to bother with on the light stick itself, which you'll find yourself going to before anything else. They are quick and easy switching between common colors and intensity. If you need a little more control or would like to control it remotely, then it comes with a remote that adds a few extra kicks to it all. They include a ball-joint tripod thread adapter so that you can install it wherever you need it. Use it on a truss, on a tripod, behind some furniture, around or a corner, or in your hand (the most common use). This would be great for random headshots and other portrait shots for adding a nice effect. Battery life is pretty good. We'll absolutely have to play with it some more to see what the average life is over a period of time. For now, it seems to be lasting more than enough for your typical scenarios. ... show more

When it worked it was great. Sadly since I didn’t use it everyday I can’t get a refund. I turned it on to test it and show a friend and it was amazing. The next time I used it was at Halloween, I cycled the colors and it work perfectly. The charge lasted several hours. Next, I tired to use it to shoot a friends Christmas card. At first it wouldn’t turn on, when it finally turned on it kept shutting off after a few minutes. Finally, it wouldn’t turn back on again. Before writing this review, I gave it one more try. I changed it over night, I see the charging light is not coming on and this morning it wouldn’t turn on. Too bad because it had great potential. ... show more
