Unboxing was quick and easy, and after giving it the recommended two-hour charge, I gave it to my granddaughter today—and she loves it. This scooter is ideal for beginners. It has two adjustable handlebar heights, which makes it easy to grow with your child. The speed maxes out at 5 mph—fast enough to be fun but still very safe. The foot sensor start is a brilliant feature—no hand throttle to worry about, which makes it simple for younger kids to get the hang of it. There’s also a rear foot brake that’s easy for her to use, and it stops smoothly. It’s rated to hold up to 121 pounds, and my granddaughter is well below that, so I expect this will last her a long time. The LED lights that activate while riding are a fun touch and add great visibility. It even comes with a convenient little kickstand—just like the grown-up scooters! This scooter is built for both boys and girls ages 6 to 12, and I honestly think it’s one of the best beginner scooters out there. Sturdy, safe, and stylish. The speed tops out around 5 MPH, which feels perfect for younger riders and adults like me who would worry about it getting out of control. It’s pretty sturdy and rides smoothly. I’m not sure about the battery life yet, but I hope it lasts a long time. It’s easy to carry around, and the lights are fun in the evening.
