Features

  • Predrilled Holes: We reserve 5 screw holes on each plastic strip and provide matching screws. You don't need to process it in addition when you use, it's easy to operate
  • Smooth Surface: UHMW plastics surface is very smooth, no burrs, no sawdust like wood, easy to clean. Low friction, ideal for sleds where repetitive sliding is necessary
  • No Deformation: The molecular structure of UHMW is extremely stable, and it will not expand with heat and contract with cold like wood. Strong impact resistance making it extremely durable for constant repetitive use
  • Size: The crosscut sled bars are 3/4" wide and 3/8" thick which fit most standard table saw slots. The length is 17", if you think the length is too short, you can splice multiple strips together
  • Improve Efficiency: Make your crosscut sled to the size you want or need for your table saw and your specific cutting needs. It is very helpful for small cuts, cross cuts and repeat length cuts

  • Good fit
Item Package Quantity: 4 Size: 3/4" X 3/8" X 17"
I saw a couple negative reviews on this so I was a bit hesitant to order, but I got it anyhow and I was not disappointed. I used one of the strips to create a crosscut sled for small logs. I marked the location on the underside, pre-drilled some holes, put the strip in place and screwed in the screws. Easy as pie. I then tested it on my bandsaw and I got the desired results so I have nothing but compliments for this product. It is a nice touch that they countersunk the holes for the provided screws so that it holds tight without dragging on the bottom of the slot itself. This was used on a Grizzly bandsaw. Definitely recommended. ... show more

  • Not Terrible
Item Package Quantity: 2 Size: 3/4" X 3/8" X 17"
I would say to make sure your miter slots are the right size or a little smaller for these. I used these on a table saw crosscut sled and they fit super tight and wouldn't hardly slide at all. I trimmed the sides of them down with a scraper until they fit perfectly and slide easily. There are no adjustments on these so if your slots are too big, you probably won't be able to use them. ... show more

  • Poor quality control
Item Package Quantity: 4 Size: 3/4" X 3/8" X 17"
Three of the units fit my saws miter slots very nicely. The 4th unit didn’t even come close. Suggest better quality control.

  • Great for crosscut sled on DeWalt table saw
Item Package Quantity: 4 Size: 3/4" X 3/8" X 17"
These work great for a crosscut sled for my DeWalt table saw. They fit in the grooves great. My previous ones were wood and would expand depending on the weather. These work great and wont warp or expand and easy to install.

  • Didn't fit standard size saw channel
Item Package Quantity: 4 Size: 3/4" X 3/8" X 17"
I like that these were prefab jig slides with countersunk screws provided. They were supposed to fit into the T-track without a fuss. However, I needed to spend a considerable amount of time sanding and fitting these slides to get them to fit into the T-track channels on my table saw and fitting onto the crosscut sled that I was making. ... show more
