This turned out to be a better purchase than I thought! I bought this product for the barbell pad and maybe the resistance band (although I already have two sets of bands but they are made of rubber). I already had a set of leg straps, so I was thinking I would not use then... but boy, was I wrong! The ones that come in this set are super comfortable, because they also have padding! This set is super useful for my workout needs. I love it! And I also love the color!

The pad for hip thrusts is so comfortable! I originally bought this because the ankle straps at my gym are a Sherpa material that has matted, and I can only imagine what bacteria they harbor! But these are cute and easy to clean. Everything is a cushy foam except the band, and that is a tightly woven material. The band is really high resistance, but it works for what I use it for. There is a grippy rubber on the back of the band that works really nice as well.

At first look everything looks ok, but as I strapped the ankle straps on to start my workout the metal loop on one of the straps came out and the other one is about too as well. They didn’t last through a full set, so disappointed....

After using these products for a few months I can give a proper review. For the price it’s great. The barbell pad is great, zero complaints! The BB pad is nice and thick and great quality but the ankle strap broke after a few uses. The metal D hooks that you attract the cable machine to started to stretch pretty much right away and eventually became so warped it was no longer useable. The resistance band is great also! The band doesn’t slip and is great for hip thrusts along with the barbell pad. It’s a great deal even if I am only getting to use the pad and band. Would definitely recommend.

I've mostly used the ankle straps for the cables and the band. The metal loop where the hook for the cables goes does not stay in place. It rotates so the cable pulls it from a corner of the half circle shape and the part on the strap crumples up. Opening from the metal half circle loop catches on the fabric and causes the metal to pierce through, ripping it. This happened after only a handful of uses. The band works well so far and the bar padding helps. items seem somewhat disposable. Which less than desirable from an environmental view (material) as well as financial if you have to keep replacing.

I got this after I saw my sister's lol. The pink color is REALLY cute and everything has been great so far. I use the barbell pad for my hip thrusts and it's comfy, for squats it's a bit bulk and uncomfortable. The cable ankle straps are also pretty sturdy. And I've used them for 80-90lb glute kickbacks. I didn't feel any discomfort on my ankles at all!
