Exactly like the photos. Beautiful stools. Just not comfortable whatsoever! Fine for a couple minutes to sit, but even for my almost 6 foot tall frame and very long legs I can’t seem to sit for very long. My children definitely did not like the seat.

Delivered in a crushed box with holes all over and torn cardboard. Two stools jammed so tight almost impossible to separate. Legs bent. Seat looked nothing like the picture...almost black in color in a stain color a three year old would have applied better. Wood looked like it was carved out with a knife from 1800's I would pass on their stool products in the future. Sorry for the bad review but you emailed and asked me to comment.     • Stain color is dark black. Shows no wood grain at all.
The advertised picture shows a seat with a medium stain color. Wood grain looked nice. Actual stool has a very dark black stain as if painted black. More like black paint than a wood stain. Disappointing, not as pictured at all.

Stools arrived very well packaged. Either I lost the hardware screws while I was unpacking, or they forgot to include them. Customer service were very responsive and nice, and immediately shipped a new set of screws. These stool are very sturdy and extremely comfortable because of the shaped saddle seat. The only thing I will say is the wood was a little lighter in color than their photos suggested (tried to upload a photo, but Amazon kept giving an error msg). ... show more
