This spray does what it says. It did relax me during and after my shower. It is very strong so maybe 2-3 sprays would be best to get used to the smell. The smell last in the bathroom. I used it 3 days ago and I can still smell the lavender in my shower. It did end up irritating my skin so I probably won't be using it again. ... show more

I’ve ordered this product more than once I like it so much! This is such an energizing aroma. I turn on the shower and let the steam form on tile and then spray a few squirts on. It will open up your Sinuses for sure! Great item to keep on hand for guest bathroom also.

I bought five of these one for myself and four for friends. It advertises it will work for 75 showers. Mine has stopped spraying at 45 I would like a refund.
