This is a great night stand especially if you need something different then a traditional IKEA one. So far it’s been holding up well and definitely sturdy. I will say the drawers are a bit small but seem to fit my needs. The whole build did take long , I’d say about 45 mins but everything is very easy to assemble. Theres even stickers on every piece that shows a diagram of where it goes. The light strip is great and being able to dim it is a plus as well. This nightstand is a dream. Bought 2. Super cool and functional. Sturdy too. Exactly as pictured. Bonus - very clearly labeled pieces with instructions. Although you have to assemble the nightstand, every piece is labeled AND has a picture of the schematic where it belongs. The led is brilliant, motion sensor is cool. I bought 2 of these and the first one went together without issue. When assembling the second one, I discovered one of the pieces had the holes drilled in the wrong place. I have some carpentry skills so I ended up redrilling and getting it to work and thankfully the issue is not really visible. All in all, they are pretty nice units. The lock is flimsy but does work and the motion sensors are kind of unpredictable. Overall, I am happy with them. ... show more

It's perfect it went together perfectly fine if you follow the directions this is not for amateur Howdy Doody Time you have to have a basic understanding and comprehension of how to do basic assembly or you're going to have a bad time but the instructions were super clear it took a little bit of time but went together the perfectly you got to pay attention to which way the pieces are going very carefully and what's going where if you do that you should have no problem I really like the motion activated night light not going to lie the USB charging is abysmal I plugged my phone in told me it was going to be 7 hours till fully charged I plugged it into my regular charger 57 minutes ... show more

It’s a beautiful piece, nice, heavy sturdy piece and just as beautiful in real life as in the picture. Problems are that when u get to the end parts, they don’t fit right. So u either force it to fit and it cracks, take it apart and return it(took me 6hrs to put together so that’s not an option) or live with the gaps and cracks and an ill fitting nightstand . Which is what I did. There are also scratches that came like that. It’s just that the pieces are either too big or they are ill fitting and you don’t find out til the last few pieces need to go in and they don’t fit . Another tip, don’t use a power drill, this particle board is weak, you will break it. If you’re OCD and can’t deal with everything not fitting right, don’t buy it. It will drive u crazy. Luckily all the bad fittings parts are in the back. Except for the left side piece that just did not fit no matter what so there’s a 1/4” gap. You really can only see it when u turn on the lights they give you. I just put a tissue box in front to hide the big gap. I gave it 3 stars because of this. They need to sell these already assembled. This way all the damaged pieces can be thrown away. Instead of being sold to unsuspecting customers. And trust me you will not know that it doesn’t fit right until you’re trying to fit the last few pieces together and realize it just doesn’t fit. I guess you could try to shave the wood and risk ruining it, then paint it black. I didn’t want to have to do all that. Why should I have to repair this shitty Chinese build. Now I don’t know if ALL the nightstands will have the same problems. You can take a chance and hope yours fits perfectly. Because it really is a nice sturdy and beautiful piece. And the instructions were just the best. Easy to follow. It’s also a nice size and with the lights on it’s breathtaking. The added charging ports are a very nice bonus. It’s not a lite flimsy material, it’s nice and heavy. If not for the defective areas, I would have given it 5 stars. It’s a beautiful sturdy piece and the locking hidden gun drawer is just perfect. My favorite part. You can use it for jewelry or money. Nobody will ever know there’s a hidden drawer, unless u leave the keys in like I do. ... show more

One of the best night stands ever. Directions were a little confusing but managed to get it put together in an hour give or take. I wish the seller would make more because I’d put these in all my bedrooms. Looks exactly as pictured once put together. I’d definitely recommend.

The motion sensor of the light actually works when you walk up to it; All the charging ports work, and the function of the lock for top slide out drawer works. The assembly of the night stand is super easy. The product came with all the parts labeled, all the screws and extra just in case, and a screw driver. The quality of the drawer is very good it’s different than most furniture I’ve bought that’s particle board in a very good way. The appearance is very nice with the LED lighting under the first drawer. Very nice product over all and if they had other kinds of products would definitely buy again. ... show more
