First and foremost, the customer service by this company Dot4Dot is exceptional. Shoutout to the person that follow-up all 3 of my orders. Not only the response time was quick but they ensure the photo I provided fit the banner size I ordered. Communication was surprisingly easy and no hassle. I also expressed my urgency for delivery altho they couldn't guarantee it ended up delivering on the soonest estimate delivery date. 11 out of 10 in this department. Way to good!! The print quality is as expected, our file size is much larger than what Amazon portal allowed, so contacting the seller and providing the right size file through email was the way to go. The stand quality is very good, not flimsy at all. We ordered the 33x81" size so setting it up required slightly more effort due to the height, but once setup, its sturdy and compact. The metal rod that holds up the banner is collapsible and the bottom stand has a compartment that stores it. It even comes with a carrying bag for easy transport. Highly recommend this. I haven't order through the other slightly cheap alternative for comparison, but paying a little more on this one was certainly well worth it. Thanks again Dot4dot!! ... show more

I begged for a fast turnaround miracle, because an order with another vendor didn't work out and I was waaaaaay behind schedule, and these folks got the job done and shipped in less that 24-hours. And, I didn't even notice until well after the fact, that they had immediately emailed me back asking when I needed it and that they would do everything they could to get it to me on time. I am absolutely blown away by the quality of this banner and responsiveness of the company. The fabric is so high-quality and sturdy, that I was able to iron it after I had some issues putting it together. This is world's above any other vinyl or plastic banner that you would get at other companies. The printing is also stellar. It's rare that what you see on your screen is what you get in the physical product. Their responsiveness and attention to detail is TOP-NOTCH: First, I received a text about a potential quality issue with my image file. I was able to correct the file and resubmit before they printed the banner. Next, I had a little issue putting mine together and they sent me another when I couldn't get all the wrinkles out. I will DEFINITELY be ordering from this company again. One note about assembly: The majority of the instructions have already been completed, which is convenient (but confusing at first). Users start at step 9 to put the banner together. Ensuring the top of the banner is fully clipped into the notch at the top of the bar is essential (or you'll end up with a mishap like mine.) ... show more

Banner came out beautiful! Pros: Sellers communication was great! My original photo was not clear. They communicated with me quickly and even allowed me to change the photo and submit in a different format than required. Paid for rush shipping and received the day before my event. I'll definitely be ordering a second banner. Cons: Pole is not sturdy enough. Banner leaned forward when fully extended. It is also very light. I had to tie it with a string to my tent once outside from just a small breeze, but this helped with the lean, so I wasn't upset with it. It was an every catcher! Finally, it had a bend in it possibly from how it was retracted into the stand. ... show more
